"I mean, they do have some good..."
I mean, they do have some good stuff available, so it’s not like the selection is terrible or anything. But the sizes seem to disappear really fast, which can be frustrating if you’re not checking often. Just wish it was a little easier to find what you need before it sells out.

"Pretty solid stuff for the price"
I grabbed a few things from bow.com the quality was better than I expected. The materials felt sturdy, like not flimsy or cheap, and everything looked like the photos, which I always appreciate because you never know with online orders. The colors matched, the sizing seemed right, the stitching was mostly clean, and nothing had that weird factory smell some packages have. One item did have a tiny loose thread, but it was super minor, like something I could just snip off and forget about. For the price, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order again.

"Did not feel safe paying there"
I tried checking out on Bow, but the payment page just did not feel secure to me. It was acting strange, and I was not really sure if my card details would be safe, so I just stopped the purchase. Maybe it is fine for other people, but I do not trust it enough to buy from there.

I tried placing an order on bow.com and it was frustrating pretty much right away. The whole thing felt clunky, and I was already annoyed before I even got to the end.
The checkout kept freezing, then my basket randomly changed after I’d already entered my details. I also never got a clear confirmation, which is exactly the kind of thing I can’t stand with these automated systems that leave you guessing instead of just giving you a straight answer.
I ended up checking my bank account just to see if they’d charged me, which is ridiculous. It wasn’t smooth, it wasn’t reassuring, and I don’t think I’d bother ordering from them again.

"Return process was a headache"
I ordered a bow from bow.com, but once it arrived the size and feel just weren’t right for me, so I decided to return it. the return page was more confusing than it needed to be, and I ended up having to chase them with a couple of emails before anyone finally got back to me.
When they did reply, I was told I’d have to pay the return shipping myself and then wait potentially weeks for the refund. It’s now been 18 days and I still haven’t seen the money back. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The exchange process has been really frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and the replies were slow, which just made everything drag on even more. And after all of that, I still don’t have the right item. I get that things happen, but between the waiting, the back and forth, and still not having it fixed, it’s been a really annoying experience...
"Packaging could really use some work"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering: my package showed up in a flimsy box with almost no padding inside. The corners were crushed, and one of the items had marks on it by the time it arrived. Maybe I got unlucky, but I’d definitely be cautious if you’re ordering something that could get damaged in transit. I expected better packaging and probably won’t order again unless they improve it.

"Communication could’ve been better"
They did get back to me eventually, but the replies felt slow and sometimes a little unclear. What bothered me more were the reminders, they came off kind of aggressive and pushy, which was frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but the communication definitely could be improved.

"Still on the fence"
I tried Bow.com and my first impression was that it seemed alright, but I can’t say I feel totally comfortable with it yet. I remember sitting there a little unsure, wishing there was more information to help me feel confident. The details felt kind of thin, and I’d really like to see clearer reviews from other people before I decide to use it again

My first impression was that the site looked fine and seemed easy enough to use, but once I started trying to find specific things, it felt a bit clunky. It works, but I ended up spending more time clicking around than I expected.

They did eventually fix my issue, but it took days to hear back from support. I kept feeling like I was stuck dealing with automated replies instead of an actual person, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Sizing is confusing"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling way tighter and smaller than I expected, which was frustrating. What annoyed me even more is that it wasn’t super clear what I was supposed to do next for an exchange or return, so I had to dig around instead of just having clear instructions.

I ordered from bow.com and ended up needing a refund. It did come through eventually, so I cant really complain too much, but it definitely wasnt as quick as I hoped. Support did reply, just not especially fast, and I kept having to check my bank to see if it had landed. Overall it was okay, just a bit slower than I wouldve liked. 3 stars from me

"Tracking was useless, but it got here"
The tracking on Bow wasn’t all that helpful. It sat on the same update for days, then out of nowhere it said my package was out for delivery, with barely any info in between. I kept checking even though it didn’t really tell me much. To be fair, the item did arrive fine in the end, so I guess that part worked out, but the tracking made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be

My delivery didn’t show up not once, but twice. I’ve been waiting around with no real update, i’m frustrated. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology and some explanation for what happened.

"Promo code felt a bit misleading"
I gave Bow a try because I had a promo code but it barely applied to anything I actually wanted. The prices looked good at first then once the fees and exclusions showed up it didn’t feel like much of a deal. Checkout itself was fine but the whole discount thing was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d go back

"Pretty close, but not exactly what I expected"
I ordered this from bow.com, and in my opinion, it was mostly like the pictures, but not quite exact. The color looked a little different once I saw it in person, and the size felt just slightly off to me.
It’s still a decent product and I’m using it, so I wouldn’t say I’m unhappy with it. I just personally wish the listing had been a bit more accurate because I was expecting it to match the photos more closely.

I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. For the price, I expected something nicer or at least more satisfying, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. I left feeling like I could’ve spent my money better somewhere else

It took longer to get here than I expected, which was kinda confusing?? But it did show up in the end, so at least it arrived.
